Fade Log - Terms of Service

By downloading or using Fade Log ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Fade Log is a personal denim tracking app that allows users to log wear days, washes, and progress photos for their denim collection.
3. Account and Data
You may use the App anonymously or create an account via email or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Your data (items, photos, events) is stored locally on your device and may be synced to our cloud service (powered by Supabase) if you create an account.
4. Subscriptions
Fade Log offers an optional auto-renewable annual subscription ("Fade Log Premium") that unlocks additional features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos and data you add to the App. By using the cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fade Log and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
