Right of Returns

You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of delivery without having to provide any reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is in the same condition as when it was received.
  • It has not been used, washed, or damaged.
  • It includes all original tags and packaging.

You are allowed to try on the product, but without compromising its integrity.

How to Request a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Send an email to info@toyodenim.com within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • The order number.
    • The reason for the return (optional).

We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within 14 days. The refund will include only the product price. Any standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or custom-made products.
  • Sealed products that are unsuitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons, if opened after delivery.
