Straight Fit

The straight fit is the original shape of jeans: a leg that runs straight from thigh to hem, neither narrow nor wide. It's not a trend — it's the archetype
from which all other fits derive.

In Japanese selvedge denim, the straight is the most faithful interpretation of 1950s American originals: high rise, a leg that falls vertically without tapering, a natural fabric break at the hem. It's also the fit that develops the most readable fading over time: wear lines follow movement cleanly, creating sharp and well-defined contrasts.

It works on any body type and pairs with any wardrobe. If this is your first Japanese raw denim and you don't know where to start, the straight fit is the right starting point. You'll find a sizing guide on each product page.
