Made from 15 oz Japanese denim , these jeans are woven on old shuttle looms , producing a thick, resistant and richly textured canvas.
The one-wash version eliminates the risk of initial shrinkage, but the fabric is not sanforized and may twist slightly over time, just like vintage 1950s jeans. The deep dark indigo takes longer to fade, but once it begins to fade, it develops sharp contrasts and well-defined worn details, such as whiskers and honeycombs.
